A blog set up for our wedding plannings. There's a blog set up for our Lovenest too..

I regretted not emailing to the hotel co-ordinators to check for availability earlier.. as i've expected and pre-warned by ALL of my married frens.. i guess i'm too late to get cheap good deals frm reasonably good hotels on our preffered wkend dates.. i'm actually quite sad and disappointed.. :(

even thought i'm actually 1 yr n 3 mths earlier to book in advance.. i'm still loose out to the other couples.. blame on the bad timing early this year.. :(

all i hope i can get a nice ballroom that i like and i can host our wedding on wkends.. i dun mind to host on wkdays actually.. but hubby n my parents disapproved.. i guess i'll jus hv to pray harder that my wish come true..

*Actually i dun quite like the make up done by XiaoQin who did for my ROM... i feel very uncomfortable as the make up is way too heavy n thick for me.. it felt as if all my pores are unable to breathe! she also dun hv much ideas of how to do my hair.. i got to suggest ideas for her... i tink Gin's is good.. same name as me! haaa

i'm glad that we finally start 'striking' off some items off the loooong wedding task list...

today we finally made a trip down to Master Chew (周师父）to seek for his profession advice on the auspicious customary date for us. I'm happy to hear that our 八字 match perfectly! Master Chew said "Don't worry, you two will be happily together till old." ^^ i'm happy, relieved!

the whole package cost $120 which includes selection of dates, advices on traditional customary ceremory stuffs.. i tink it's pretty reasonable price.

Master Chew has striked off those months which are not good for us.. and came into conclusion that auspicious months falls on 正月/ 三月 / 六月/ 八月 / 十月/ 十一月。。。
hopefully we are still able to get the date we wanted and that the hotel is available.. hope it's still not too late! *prayyyy*
